The Solution

CellNetS' solution, the SimPhony System is comprised of a privately-owned public cellular payphone (the SimPhony Phone), the SimPhony SIM Card and the SimPhony Network Management System (SimPhony NMS).

The SimPhony SIM Card enables the end user to obtain a dedicated private number without purchasing a handset, to make local, long distance or international calls and enjoy a rich array of features such as access to voicemail, ability to send and receive short message service (“SMS”), a personal address book and advanced services such as "who called" and "notify me".

End users can utilize their proprietary SimPhony SIM Card to access the cellular network via any SimPhony Phone.

The ability to provide a dedicated private number per subscriber, without purchasing a handset, makes the SimPhony System unique. The SimPhony NMS allows the Company to remotely access and control each individual SimPhony Phone deployed in the field as well as monitor its usage and revenue generated.

The SimPhony NMS also manages an entire network of public cellular payphones, providing the ability to remotely set and change tariff structures and commissions.
